Terms of Service
This agreement between you and the entity you represent (henceforth "You" or "You") and Al Rajhi Soft (hereinafter referred to as "ACCAD") governs your use of just one of the Software running on the Internet.
Accept the conditions
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the terms. If you do not agree to the General Terms, do not use any of our services. If you agree to the General Terms and do not agree to any service terms, do not use the corresponding service. You can accept the terms by selecting a check box or clicking a button that indicates your acceptance of the terms or by using the services already.
We offer a range of online services including hotel management, travel agency accounting system, POS system, exchange and money transfer accounting system, personnel system, and catering system. You may use the Services for your own personal, commercial or internal business use in the organization you represent. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment needed to use the Services. You can create and edit content with your user account, and if you choose to do so, you can post and share such content.
Modification of Terms of Service
We may amend the Terms and we will notify you at any time through a service announcement or by sending an email to your primary email address. If we make important changes to items affecting your rights, we'll provide you with at least 30 days of prior notification of changes via email to your primary email address. You may terminate your use of the Services by providing Zhou via email within 30 days of notifying us of the availability of the modified Terms if the Terms have been modified in such a way as to substantially affect your rights with respect to the use of the Services. If you terminate the service, you are entitled to recover unused amounts for any unused portion of any prepayment fees. Commitment to participate as a user
You must register for a user account by providing all information required for accessing or using the Services. If you are an enterprise and want to use the services for internal corporate use, we recommend that you and all other users of your organization participate in user accounts by providing contact information for your company. In particular, we recommend using your company's email address. And agree to: a) provide real, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about yourself as required through the subscription process; b) keep the information provided during registration and update it immediately to keep it accurate, accurate, up-to-date and complete. Accounts of the Organization and Directors
When you sign up for an account for your organization, you can select one or more moderators. Administrators will have the right to configure services based on your requirements and manage end-users in your organization's account.
You are responsible for (i) ensuring the confidentiality of your organization account password, (2) assigning qualified personnel as administrators to manage your organization's account, and (3) ensuring that all activities that occur with respect to your organization's account comply with this Agreement. You understand that Al Rajhi Soft is not responsible for the management of the Account and the internal management of the Services to you.
You are responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure that your organization does not lose control of the administrator accounts. You can specify a process to restore control in the event of loss of control of the administrator accounts by sending an email to email@example.com, provided that the process is acceptable to Al Rajhi Soft. In the absence of any specific process to recover the Administrator's account, Rajhi Soft may provide control over the Administrator's account to an individual who provides satisfactory evidence to Al Rajhi Soft to demonstrate the authorization to act on behalf of the Organization. You agree that Al Rajhi Soft shall not be liable for the consequences of any action taken by Al Rajhi Soft in good faith in this regard.
Personal information and privacy
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and / or use to your user account, or otherwise.
Communication from Al Rajhi Soft
The service may include certain communications from Al Rajhi Soft, such as service announcements, administrative messages and newsletters. You understand that such communications are part of the use of the Services. As part of our policy to provide complete privacy.
Fees and payments
Services are available for one year only through credit card. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you notify us that you do not wish to renew your subscription.
At the time of automatic renewal, subscription fees will be charged to the credit card used by the last Once. We offer you the option to change the details if you'd like to make a payment with a different credit card. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must notify us at least seven days before the renewal date. From time to time we may change the price of any service or fee for the use of services currently available free of charge. No fee increase will apply until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for using any service unless you have chosen a paid subscription plan. Usage restrictions In addition to all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not: (i) transfer or make available to any third party; (Iii) use third party links to sites without agreeing to their website terms and conditions; (iv) posting links to third party websites or using their logo, company name, etc. without prior written permission; (5) publish any personal or confidential information of any person or entity without the consent of that person or entity; (Viii) create a false identity to mislead any person in connection with the identity or the identity of any person or entity; The origin of any connection. The inactive user accounts policy reserves the right to terminate inactive user accounts for 120 continuous days. If you exit, all data associated with that user account will be deleted. We will give you a prior notice of this termination. Data deletion policies may be implemented with respect to any or all of the Services. In other words, activity in a service is not sufficient to maintain the activity of your user account in another service. If accounts with more than one user are active, at least one user is active, the account will not be considered inactive.
